The Flanders Tapestry Collection endeavors to dispatch all orders within 10 days.  Most of our tapestry kits however will be sent out within 48 hours depending on availability. 

All items are carefully packaged in sturdy cardboard envelopes.  Please note that these may not fit through your postbox and might need to be collected from your local postage depot.

All tapestry cushions are readily available.  It may happen that an item is out of stock before we are able to update the website, in which case we will send your order out at the earliest possible date.

Payment Policy

All charges are made in Pound Sterling and payments are made through PayPal. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties


Return Policy

The Flanders Tapestry Collection aims to satisfy all its customers.  However, if for any reason you need to return the item, contact us within 28 days of receipt of your order on info@flanderstapestrycollection.com

Returns will only be accepted if the items come back unopened and in re-salable condition and if the items were purchased from this site.  Products purchased from one of our stockists cannot be refunded but we suggest you get in contact with the original retailer.  Items purchased under special offers and promotions are non-refundable or returnable.  Refunds will only be processed once the item has arrived safely.  We cannot refund postage.

None of the above affects your statutory rights.   

Please note that the parcel has to be returned to our branch in France.
